Bilingual I.C.E Card in Panorama Magazine

Polish migrants face specific difficulties when in the UK, including language and cultural barriers, poor communication and poor understanding of Health and Safety says Ilona Zimmer, editor of Panorama Magazine. They often work a lot of overtime and/or are in poor health and are more prone to occupational injuries and diseases.

Bilingual In Case of Emergency Card is a part of a campaign. Small, plastic card with writable reverse hold all the important information required by first responders in case of an accident and contact details of the person that should be notified in case of emergency. The card is particularly important for migrants, who are often not able to communicate in English.
The campaign was started by a solicitors company Lexito.
